How does LamWire work? |
|
| |
LamWire is a premiere broadband phone service provider.
We are located in the heart of the Silicon Valley. Reliable broadband
phone service to residential customers and small to medium size
businesses is our utmost priority.
Broadband phone service is
a
new kind of technology commonly refer to VOIP - Voice over Internet
Protocol. Broadband phone service uses your high-speed
Internet connection to make phone calls instead of your
traditional telephone line. This will reduce your
phone bills extensively while not compromising on the voice
quality. You answer incoming calls and dial outgoing
calls exactly the same way as you do regularly. And
the person on the other side of the phone will not even
notice any difference.
We will provide you a Telephone Adapter ('IP Adapter' in the
above diagram) which you
will plug 1 side into your
router or DSL modem or cable connection, and the other side
you will plug into a regular phone set. Then you can start
making phone calls from your phone just as if it's
on a traditional telephone line. You do not need to turn on
your computer to place
calls, and you can also browse the Internet while you are
talking on the phone.
You do not need to have a IP phone or special phone set. Our
Telephone Adapter works with any regular phone sets.
Please make a note to not plug this telephone adapter
into the phone wall jack
if there is a dial-tone as the voltage will short-circuit
the device.
Our Telephone
Adapter is designed to work
anywhere in the world as long as there is high-speed
Internet connection. This
compact and light-weight device is easy to travel with. And
your phone no. is
programmed in the device, so you can enjoy all the great
features and same calling
plan while you are traveling.
LamWire broadband phone service provides great
features, unlimited calling, and
low International rates.
None of these are offered by traditional phone services.
Also, our FREE technical support staff is standing by
anytime you need us.
